It's in the comment at the top of every file - standard practice with
Apache Software License 2.0.

However, no where in the 1.0 release do I read anything about
licensing.  I'm sure it's just an oversight or maybe I'm overlooking
it, but you might want to consider making it clear what license
Coldspring is released under.
