Hmm, I put new methods in the core for you guys in 1.1.1, but I didn't
name with "forColdSpring" on the end.  These are the new methods:
getPluginNames()
getListenerNames()
getFilterNames()

So I doubt that there is a method name conflict.  Probably more has to
do with BD.
