Licensed under the Apache License, Version 2.0 (the "License");
you may not use this file except in compliance with the License.
You may obtain a copy of the License at
http://www.apache.org/licenses/LICENSE-2.0
The CVS repository is missing the required LICENSE and NOTICE files
recommended by Apache. I had added those files to the BER available in
our CVS repo.
And just to confirm, ColdSpring is licensed under the Apache 2.0 license.
