I found a website that provides a long list of Colombian banks (and perhaps other financial institutions); when one selects one of the institutions on the list, one gets a screen with a menu bar on top with Spanish headings (meanings unknown), plus certain detailed information on the particular bank or institution chosen. At the very bottom of the screen it says something like "For additional infor- mation write to 'Registro Nacional de Valores e Intermediarios' "; there is also an email address <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> .
