Hi everybody, we've been granted a booth at this year's FrOSCon (Free and Open Source Software Conference) in St. Augustin, Germany (near Bonn) on August 21st and 22nd (Saturday + Sunday).
In order to run the booth, we're looking for volunteers. You do not need to be a collectd developer in order to help out. Rather, some interest in the project and openness towards visitors is sufficient. In particular, you do not need to be able to answer all questions — Florian and I will be there mostly all of the time; when in doubt, redirect questions to us ;-) Also, you do not have to be able to speak German - English is fine as well. Anyone who volunteers before August 14, will get a free (exhibitor) ticket to the conference. If you happen to live nearby or attend the conference anyway, we'd love to see you there :-) If you're interested to help out, please add yourself to the wiki page about the conference [1]. You'll also find some more information there. If you've got further ideas, comments or questions, please reply to this thread. Looking forward to see some of you at the conference!
