[collectd] [PATCH] An option for the csv plugin to pretty print dates

Hi
This is a little patch to the csv plugin to add a "Date" directive which when 
set to true will pretty print the date stamp to the csv files if set to false 
(the default) they will continue to be printed in the traditional format.

Example:
<Plugin csv>
        DataDir "/opt/collectd/var/lib/collectd/csv"
        StoreRates true
        Date true
</Plugin>

Produces files that look like:
Tue Apr 10 23:11:54 2012,2414174208.000000
Tue Apr 10 23:12:04 2012,2417004544.000000
Tue Apr 10 23:12:14 2012,2413944832.000000

The idea is to make the csv files a little more human readable for those times 
your investigating directly rather then feeding the output to a graphing or 
monitoring tool.
