All documentation is in collectd.conf man page built with my patch.
The latest version is not yet merged into collectd master but you can get it by
:
$ git clone git://github.com/feraudet/collectd.git -b cf/perfwatcher
This plugin was originally wrote for Perfwatcher, a Collectd frontend soon
available in beta.
