Hi Adrien, there has been quite some refactoring done in the SNMP plugin to fix some valid but inconvenient (for the old code) MIBs. A request for testing by people with "interesting" SNMP devices has been published at [0].
I'd say we should try to determine whether this is a problem in the new code or a problem that was introduced when merging the changed to the "master" branch. Could you test with the current "collectd-4.10" branch and see if that works for you? I think the output of an "snmpwalk" would be interesting as well and maybe a .pcap file of the daemon trying to talk to your SNMP device as well.
