Hi! I am trying to use collectd to read the values from apcupsd. It seems to work somehow, as there is sometimes logged. But there is a lot of logging, that it failed offen, but not always:

[2014-08-13 23:26:57] apcups plugin: Reading from socket failed: Bad file descriptor [2014-08-13 23:26:57] read-function of plugin `apcups' failed. Will suspend it for 60.000 seconds. [2014-08-13 23:28:27] apcups plugin: Reading from socket failed: Bad file descriptor [2014-08-13 23:28:27] read-function of plugin `apcups' failed. Will suspend it for 60.000 seconds. [2014-08-13 23:29:57] apcups plugin: There have been 5 retries in the first 10 iterations. Will close the socket in future iterations. [2014-08-13 23:29:57] apcups plugin: Reading from socket failed: Bad file descriptor [2014-08-13 23:29:57] read-function of plugin `apcups' failed. Will suspend it for 60.000 seconds. Apcupsd is installed on "localhost" and is working fine. Tools like apcaccess work fine and do show some values. Does anybody has some idea, how to fix this?
