Hello fellow colleagues,

my name is Florian Effenberger and I'm the marketing contact for the German language OpenOffice.org project (http://de.openoffice.org). We currently evaluate and design marketing material for exhibitions and as "fan art", i.e. for our booth personnel as well as for interested users. Some material, like the t-shirts with a German slogan, is language-dependend, some isn't.

One of the marketing goodies we currently evaluate are pins you can wear on your shirt. They will only contain the OpenOffice.org logo, so they would be usable for all subprojects. As it is much cheaper to produce them in a huge amount than to produce only a few for our next exhibitions, I would like to ask you if you are interested in having (read: buying) such pins for your project or if they are already available. If you are, we could organize a mass-ordering that leads to cheap prices and distribute them among the projects. We specially think of the OOoCon in September where these pins could get really useful and handy. ;-)

Thanks a lot to you and the DE project for this initiative :)

The FR project would be interested by them too. But in order to define
the quantity/price could you share some prices, for example for 500
pieces, 1000 pieces, 2000 pieces ? And what is the time frame to order
them (we have an important event at the begining of July where we could
sell them).

I would be interested by about 500 to 1000 pieces.
Kind regards
Sophie
