If we decide reserve hard-enamel pins for project members, then Georgian NL will probably order: For project members: 30 Hard enamel pins, design _C_ For marketing: 200 Soft enamel design _D_ If we decide that soft enamel is better option than offset printing, than the order would be For project members: 30 Hard enamel pins, design _B_ For marketing: 200 soft enamel design C pins For this purpose, Georgian NL considers to spend about EUR 100. Have we cleared the VAT issues? Normally, the countries outside the EU are not eligible to VAT when order is made in EU country, but the order destination is outside the EU. But if the collective order is being placed from Germany, I guess we should all pay VAT in affect in Germany? I hope other NLs will post the order details here too. _Sophie_, could you kindly tell us if you still think we should order separate pins for project members.
