Before Charles rants pointed the FR project ;)
- Events
Last event was in Lyon, 3 days of OSS demonstrations. We had a very
large booth and a lot of people to visit us, that was a great meeting.

Next event will be in Paris, for Educatice, this event is dedicated to
school and Education, the area where we have the booth is for tools in
education. We are invited by the Education National (Ministry) on their
FOSS booth.

- Work
QA-test
. we are actually testing the 2.0.1 l10n on linux version
. the 2.0 Mac release is still under testing too, we hope to have finish
the QA review by the end of the week.
Documentation
. the documentation is slowly updated to 2.0
. we have had very valuable contributions through a Calligraphy guide
using Writer and Draw, a comparison of the functions between Calc 2.0 et
Excel 2003 and a very detailled guide about the functions in Calc
contributed by the french gendarmerie.
To-do
As for the German project, our on-line help shows a very poor quality
and we need to deeply work on it.
Specs monitoring sub-project needs to be awake as some specs as been
added for 3.0
- Contacts
I've had a meeting with Mandriva. We are putting up a collaboration
process between our two projects. This is the very begining and I'll
meet them again soon and hopefully will be able to come back with some
more solid infos.
- 2.0 FR Lauch
We've had a lot of articles in the press about the launch of the
francophone release (I was surprised by the amount of Canadian article
:) We also see a lot of new users on the [EMAIL PROTECTED] list and my OOo mail
box is being really really fat ;)
