[com] Implemantation of B 103 in Denmark

The implementation plan for B 103 recieved 60 answers (this is a LOT in comparison with simular cases). Because of all these answers the plan might go into second round/hearing: There will be a lot of changes to the plan.

The implementation plan MIGHT end up being a trade barrier (international trade) and then it must go to EU for approval. Thats only a rumor in the Danish press. On 24 April there is an open conference in the Danish Parliament (with Peter Strickx from Belgium and several MP's). Please see more at http://www.osl.dk .
