Daggia is a preview track of Texas' Arabai EP to be released at Roger That
fan site (http://sik.oulu.fi/~roger). It is a strange mix of noises and
random melodies. A heavy arabic influence can be heard on this crazy tune
(as on the whole EP) in the form of random melodies not played on the
12-note scale. Also the wicked tabla rhythm gives a nice edge to this
tune.

'Face On/Take One' by Fun-Tourist (17.06.00)

This is a funky fusion of wicked electronic jungle beats and 70's disco.
This tune has both a great melody and tricky playing with drum beats.
"Face On/Take One" starts with a nice filtered bass line. Then a
Squarepusher influenced drum beat with lots of variation joins with
different layers of melodic parts made with strings, electric guitar and
background vocals. This is a good quality tune that will be loved by fans
of earlier music of Mr. Tom Jenkinson.
