yes. thats the thing. but sampling should be seen as a artform like collage of
magazines and papers. most laws for sampling are token from the copyright law, which
says you cant reprint the book and sell it for yourself or take a song of some other
and sell it for yourself.
ok some people say that when you sample a part of their song you gonna abuse their
artwork and then they want to protect it. Movies and TV Shows goes the same.
