Hmmm... I don't think that's so simple: The admin folks here have chosen
Exchange Server for Helsingin Sanomat email server platform. They _could_
use POP or IMAP protocols too with Exchange Server software, if they wanted
to. But they don't want to. So, the only email clients that can communicate
with the server here (from in-house locations), are made by Microsoft.

All this is completely legal... Of course you could hope Microsoft to
release an open Exchange Server communication specification, but it's very
unlikely that M$ would open up anything... They don't _have_ to do it, so
why _would_ they do it?
