it's quite typical for companies to have one computer which you connect
from inside the company's network with ssh, from where you then
connect to external world, with ssh. imho it's a bit too overparanoid to
disallow outgoing ssh.. i believe that the reason is just a lazy
administrator ;) (yeah, there are some good reasons.. let's not discuss
them)
