I use a trademark. so that if some other fred baube (or f.baube)
appears on the net I can suppress his right to use his given name,
bcos I don't want to be confused with someone with such a weird name.
anyways I stole the idea from SPY magazine, a humor rag in the 80's,
one of their reviewers used it and I thought well hey that's not a
bad idea. not bad at all.
