ENI insists that the company has a right to monitor and transmit the execution, to be held at the federal penitentiary at Terre Haute on May 16. The US Bureau of Prisons on March 26 rejected ENI's request to Webcast the execution and the suit seeks a restraining order and injunction against the bureau from enforcing its decision. The site has said it would block access to the execution by minors by working with software filtering companies and by requiring viewers to use a credit card to pay a fee, with proceeds going to charities established for victims of the Murrah Building bombing.
