* Site Sues For Permission to Show McVeigh Execution Live Online

Entertainment Network Inc. filed suit in US District Court for the
Southern District of Indianapolis to obtain permission to transmit
the execution of Oklahoma bomber Timothy McVeigh live on the Web.
ENI insists that the company has a right to monitor and transmit
the execution, to be held at the federal penitentiary at Terre
Haute on May 16. The US Bureau of Prisons on March 26 rejected
ENI's request to Webcast the execution and the suit seeks a
restraining order and injunction against the bureau from enforcing
its decision.

The site has said it would block access to the execution by minors
by working with software filtering companies and by requiring viewers
to use a credit card to pay a fee, with proceeds going to charities
established for victims of the Murrah Building bombing.
