Win2000 keeps telling me "Fatal Error - Unable to create an instance of
required object: FileProxy" every time I try to drag and drop files or
shortcuts.
This is somehow strange, because it _makes_ the drag and drop anyhow. It
just gives me an error message for nothing before proceeding the command.
The bug didn't disappear by installing Service Release 2.
