I think that's possible. There seems to be a lot of cookie preferences 
(File -> Preferences -> Privacy), but I haven't set them up, yet. I checked 
them briefly and it _seemed_ that it was possible to make a list of domains 
and then set up, what to do with cookies from those domains.

Um, yeah, but the ad banner is huge! You can't resize or remove the basic 
navigation buttons until the ad banner is removed. A small annoyance, but 
when I found myself using Opera as the default browser, I decided to register.

??? ... What do you mean?

On my system, Opera just shows too many line breaks (look at the attachments).
