Once she has entered the car, drive to a secluded location where there are no cars, pedestrians, or police nearby. Park the car and wait about 6-10 seconds to allow the fun to begin. As the car begins to "rock" you'll see your health begin to increase. If you already have full health, it will increase to a maximum of 125. Once the deed has been done, and the Liberty City trick has taken her "pleasure fee", she'll exit the vehicle and walk away. REMEMBER... She wasn't all that good, and you've got to keep your pimp hand strong!
