Being possible and being practical are two completely separate things.
If one must choose between setting the From: field separately OR
hitting delete when ever sapm is recieved, I would say both are
possible but only the first one is practical.

If your mailreader does not support 'delete', why are you using it
anyway...
Anyway, the restricted list is not the *right* solution agains the
spam. A solution such a SpamAssassin much better one (even though now
complete). Most of the spam problems most probably go away when I get
it properly configured.
