Reminds me about The Elias L�nnrot (*) Total Abstinence Society. The rules went like this:
"The members of the society are allowed to take three snaps daily, and if the served food is fish, it is allowed to drink one more to celebrate the cuisine. The members may begin the day with a morning drink, and if they feel that they'd like to, they can take one drink 11 o'clock and another 18 o'clock.
Because one can't live through a day without toddies, it is allowed to drink them. Two per evening is the absolute maximum, but if you take a lump of sugar with your toddy, you are allowed to drink the third glass.
Drinking wine or beer is not restricted in any way."
