Details:
Since the move from LocaleInformation*.class to
LocaleInformation*.properties, the getISOLanguage method of Locale fails with
a MissingResourceException: 'Key "languages" not found in Bundle:
java.util.PropertyResourceBundle'
Probably all Locale methods that use getISOStrings will fails.
