Details:
Since v 1.3 java API declares support for reading/writing custom value types.
The interface CustomValue should be checked I think in a gnu.CORBA.cdrInput
and gnu.CORBA.cdrOutput. If it is present in the value type being written, the
value must be written/read in a custom defined way. Something must implement
the DataInputStream and DataOutputStream.
