Log:
New RBFs for the in-band code.
All of the following is tested and working:
- transmit path on both channels
- receive path by checking sine output
- bursts of packets
- timestamps are exact, tested spacing using oscope
- command packets with full responses
* full register read/write access
* delay command
* ping command/response
- overrun/underrun detection
- 504 fixed byte receive packets, increases performance
