Remove unused and unsupported code. Consult the file
`DEVELOPMENT' for details. Partly based on suggestions by
Gianluca Guida <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>.
* i386/i386at/asm_startup.h: Remove file.
* i386/i386at/phys_mem_grab_page.c: Likewise.
* i386/Makefile.in (i386at-files): Remove `phys_mem_grab_page.c'.
