This reverts commit 53af8709a9b734faf9f5f341929db33784da0cfd.
There once already has been a `t/unwind-resume.c`, and I fixed this
upstream in
f571a994cec6be2f6edff2f0cd43cbdadcd94f5f (2010-04-05). No differences.
