Report page cache statistics
* utils/vmstat.c: Add #include <mach/vm_cache_statistics.h> and #include
<mach/mach4.h>.
(struct vm_state): New `cache_stats` field.
(vm_state_refresh): Call vm_cache_statistics() and save the result.
(_F): Compute offset inside the parent struct vm_state.
(fields): Adjust _F uses and include cache statistics.
