libdiskfs: handle _PC_2_SYMLINKS in pathconf
Advertize the possibility to handle symlinks depending on
DISKFS_SHORTCUT_SYMLINK.
* libdiskfs/io-pathconf.c (diskfs_S_io_pathconf): Handle
_PC_2_SYMLINKS too.
