fpu: Fix xrstor* after setting i386_FLOAT_STATE
When using xrstor, we also need to explicitly set CPU_XCR0_X87 otherwise
xrstor would not restore it.
When using xrstors, we have to have XSAVE_XCOMP_BV_COMPACT set.
