i386/i386at/biosmem.c: Fix AP boot page allocation
The page previously selected for the AP boot code is actually still in
use by the ELF section headers table. That this page is marked as
temporary boot data prevented an assertion but did mean that the ELF
page was overwritten. The assertion shows up when booting with
multiboot2. A genuinely free page with as low a physical address as
possible is now selected instead.

x86 boot: Pass the multiboot magic value into c_boot_entry for 32 bit and
64 bit kernels.
This is to determine if multiboot or multiboot2 was used for
boot. This change does not apply to xen.

Addition of multiboot2 header file to mach build.
multiboot2.h is taken from the 'grub' package source. Some type names
simplified, use of 'packed' attribute and many macros altered from
MULTIBOOT to MULTIBOOT2 where necessary.
