Export-, Re-Export- und Sanktionsgesetze verantwortlich, einschließlich
Beschränkungen in Bezug auf Zielorte, Endbenutzer und Endnutzungen (z. B.
Aktivitäten im Zusammenhang mit Massenvernichtungswaffen); Sie erklären sich

+openSUSE is a European-based, global open-source project that develops and
distributes Linux-based operating systems. The openSUSE Project is an
independent community project that operates outside the course of any
commercial activity. openSUSE Distributions are developed by volunteer
contributors and made available to the public free of charge, in furtherance of
open-source software development. The openSUSE Project is not a commercial
enterprise and does not place products on the market for commercial purposes.

+SUSE Software Solutions Ireland Limited, an entity established in Ireland,
acts as an open-source software steward by providing infrastructure, resources
and sponsorship to support The openSUSE Project. openSUSE serves as the
upstream community project from which SUSE Linux Enterprise and SUSE's other
commercial enterprise offerings are derived. However, openSUSE Distributions
are separate from and independent of SUSE's commercial enterprise product
offerings. SUSE Linux Enterprise undergoes an extensive, separate development,
testing and certification process before being offered as a commercially
supported product. openSUSE Distributions are supported by the openSUSE
community; they are not commercially supported by SUSE.

a comprehensively sanctioned jurisdiction, are not a prohibited party, and will

encryption functionality as part of standard community packages and, where
publicly released as described above, are handled consistent with that public
availability posture; however, your use and transfers remain subject to

+This agreement sets forth the entire understanding and agreement between you
and The openSUSE Project regarding its subject matter and may be amended only
in a writing signed by both parties. No waiver of any right under this
agreement will be effective unless in writing, signed by a duly authorized
representative of the party to be bound. No waiver of any past or present right
arising from any breach or failure to perform will be deemed to be a waiver of
any future right arising under this agreement.
