+ + Also provide a ss01 variant for the "fl" ligature, which I

+ + Relax Python version requirements to >= 3.10 when using uv.
+- Changes from version 0.310:
+ + Extend ss01 to all lowercase 'l' characters and add a feature

+ + Improve autohinting of 'я' and disable autohinting for 'Ф'

+ + Static fonts will now have PANOSE values. They're incomplete,
