Description: Guard __int128_t usage using QT_COMPILER_SUPPORTS_INT128
 __int128_t is available only on certain architectures (likely 64bit ones);
 guard its usage using the Qt define QT_COMPILER_SUPPORTS_INT128.
 .
 Cannot be upstreamed as QT_COMPILER_SUPPORTS_INT128 was introduced in Qt 6.7,
 and qtcreator requires Qt 6.5.
