 Update to version 0.4.0
 New
 * Support for older Wise installers (versions 4, 5, and 6).
   Thanks to @alexjurkiewicz for bringing the existence of these
   installers to light and the initial work on the 64 byte overlay
   header. See #4
   Note that there is spotted one even older version with a 13 or
   17 byte overlay header, that one is not supported, there are
   already too many differences spotted. But who knows what the
   future holds.
 * Multi-file support; REWise now accepts multiple input files,
   example:
   $ rewise --verify setup.exe setup.w02 setup.w03
 * Support for installers that camp at the .rsrc section of the PE
   file.
 Output file- name/path changes:
 * % characters are no longer removed from the wisescript filepath
   section start/end. As for example this means that where
   previous it would extract to MAIN/some_file.ext, it will now
   extract to %MAIN%/some_file.ext.
 * For the filepath from the wisescript the characters ./ will be
   replaced with ,/ and ../ will be replaced with ,,/. As for
   example this means that the extract path %MAIN%/../some_file.ext
   will become %MAIN%/,,/some_file.ext.
 Fixes
 * The offset to the deflate data stream for files described inside
   the WiseScript is now proper calculated with values from the
   overlay header. Code for the old method is still there and can
   be used with the new --calc-deflate-offset
 * option in case there are any issues; please report those issues.
 * The issue for installers with weird bytes in their WiseScript
   header has been resolved.
 * The issue with conflicting data sizes for OP 0x18 has been
   resolved (workaround removed).
 * Fixed calculating NE overlay offset (workaround removed).
 * The set files dates while using --extract where off by one
   month.
 Input argument changes
 * -c --components is handled different now internal, each
   character in the given string will now be treated as one
   component.
 * -x --extract now requires -g --language to be set for multi
   lingual installers.
 * -r --raw now extracts to FILE_# instead of EXTRACTED_#.
 Removed options:
 These are no longer needed since we don't extract any temporary
 files anymore.
 * -p --preserve
 * -t --tmp-path
 * -n --no-extract
 New operations:
 * -w --dump-script OUTPUT_SCRIPT
   Dump the WiseScript.bin to given file.
 * -A --inst-list
   List internal Wise files.
 * -B --inst-extract
   Extract internal Wise files.
 * -C --inst-verify
   Verify internal Wise files.
 New options:
 * -1 --read-script INPUT_SCRIPT
   Read WiseScript.bin from given script file instead of reading
   it from the main INPUT_FILE itself.
 * -2 --calc-deflate-offset
   Use legacy alternative to calculate the deflate start offset.
 * -m --file-limit
   This is for --raw and --raw-verify only.
   Limit the amount of files it verifies or extracts. This is
    useful for debugging.
 Security fixes:
 * Several memleaks.
 * Path traversal.
 * Avoidance of strcat, strcpy, strdup and strlen (use strlcpy,
   strndup and strnlen instead).
 * The inflate process is limited now in the amount of bytes it
   may read.
 Other:
 * The WiseScript.bin is not extracted to disk anymore, instead it
   is decompressed fully in memory. This makes the use of a tmp
   dir useless.
 * The maximum size of the inflated WiseScript.bin is increased
   to 2MiB.
 * to support a few more installers.
 * Some code refactoring and cleanup has been done.
