+Calypso Firmware moko11
+=======================
+
+This is an upgrade of the firmware in the "Calypso" GSM modem of the
+Neo 1973 (GTA01) and FreeRunner (GTA02).
+
+
+Changes
+-------
+
+This firmware corrects the following two defects:
+
+- hardware flow control was not enabled on the serial connection
+ between the modem and the CPU, causing FIFO overruns and thus
+ data loss
+
+- the I/O line used to wake the CPU from suspend on GSM activity
+ was not properly initalized, causing the CPU to remain suspended
+ on some calls or other activity
+
+
+SHR compatibility warning
+-------------------------
+
+moko11 triggers a bug in SHR rootfs images built before February 16,
+2009. This bug prevents the GSM subsystem from getting started.
+
+SHR users should therefore make sure they are running a recent image
+before upgrading to moko11.

Log:
Crude adaptation of stereoout.state that feeds mic input through
the "sidechannel" to the speaker. This should give us a means to
check whether the buzz fix worked.
For now, wolfhammer produces a loud and clear buzz that seems
completely unimpressed by the addition of a capacitor. To be
continued ...
