yadavay-amzn opened a new pull request, #686:
URL: https://github.com/apache/spark-website/pull/686

   ### What changes were proposed in this pull request?

Update the Books section on the documentation page to reference the latest
editions:

   | Book | Old | New |
   |------|-----|-----|
   | Learning Spark | 1st Edition (2015) by Karau et al. | **2nd Edition
(2020)** by Damji, Wenig, Das, Lee |
   | Spark in Action | 1st Edition (2017) by Bonaci/Zecevic | **2nd Edition
(2020)** by Jean-Georges Perrin |
   | Advanced Analytics with Spark | 1st Edition (2015) | **2nd Edition
(2017)** by same authors |
   | Spark: The Definitive Guide | _(missing)_ | **Added** — by Bill Chambers
and Matei Zaharia (2018) |

   Also fixes `http://` → `https://` for O'Reilly URLs.

   ### Why are the changes needed?

The current book listings point to outdated 1st editions. The 2nd editions
cover Spark 2.x/3.x and are significantly more relevant. "Spark: The Definitive
Guide" by Spark's creator was not listed at all.

   Filed as [SPARK-55883](https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/SPARK-55883) by
Holden Karau.
