I had initially thought that the CI would catch a failing compile, but [it looks like](https://github.com/apache/tvm/blob/main/conda/recipe/build.sh#L22) the CI's OSX compilation only has LLVM/Metal runtimes enabled, and not ROCm. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
