I tested it on iphone7 (ios13.7) and it still has the same problem
When I compiled `tvm_runtime`, I specified `DCMAKE_SYSTEM_VERSION=13.0` and
`DCMAKE_OSX_DEPLOYMENT_TARGET=13.0`
