Adds a branch to properly handle Accumulo 4's behavior which drops the -u
and -p shell connection options and instead use the existing
accumulo-client.properties file. For accumulo 2.x and 3.x, continue passing the
-u and -p
Verified things work on accumulo 2.1.5 and 4.0
