I've written a process launcher feature for Ace, allowing arbitrary processes
to be launched through provisioning. Processes can be started by means of a
supplied configuration, and can be monitored to allow relaunching upon sudden
termination.
I want to donate it to the Ace project, and offer to maintain it in the future.
