Enhance web UI toolbar usability

The current toolbar (retrieve/store/revert) doesn't provide any feedback on its
underlying functionality. For example, the store/revert buttons only need to be
enabled in case the repository is actually modified. And: when
retrieving/reverting local changes, it would be nice to have a question that
allows the user to cancel the action.
Attached is a patch that solves this issue, making the UI a bit more friendlier
to the average user.
