Cloud nodes can now only be configured from a configuration file. This has the
limitation that it is only possible to launch one kind of node. Instead it
should be possible to configure a node in the UI before launching it to set
properties like hardware type, ImageId, boot script etc. To support this some
refactoring is required in the NodeLauncher and AmazonNodeLauncher to become
more flexible.
Patch included.
