When the syncinterval property is specified
org.apache.ace.managementagent.Activator uses it to set the interval of
DeploymentUpdateTask and auditlog, but not of DeploymentCheckTask.
http://ace.apache.org/dev-doc/design/ace-deployment-strategies.html suggests
that syncinterval also affects DeploymentCheckTask.
