Threw away a bunch of pages that were outdated or already moved to the new
website. Parts of the user documentation need to be migrated and updated. For
now I placed a note about that on the wiki.
Our wiki still is the place where we can collaborate on new pieces of
documentation, or design ideas. Once done, these should move to the website.
I'm leaving this task open for now until the migration of pages to the site is
done.
