Alright, I have comitted an updated LICENSE/NOTICE and bin-LICENSE/bin-NOTICE
files. Some notes:
In the LICENSE/NOTICE
* The guide says "Dependencies which are not included in the distribution MUST
NOT be added to LICENSE and NOTICE. As far as LICENSE and NOTICE are concerned,
only bundled bits matter." so I really stripped down to AFAIK only some OSGi
code in there.
In the bin-LICENSE/bin-NOTICE
* Added relevant notices from depencies
* Removed knopflerfish as it is not used anywhere(?)
* Removed a few that are specific to nodelauncher. As a whole that list was
incomplete and at present it is undecided whetehr we will include it in the
release.
