Bndtools 2.1 was just released (see
http://njbartlett.name/2013/02/11/bndtools2.1-released.html for more details).
Although this is a minor update, some interesting new features were added, and
some bugs fixed. We should upgrade to 2.1 as soon as possible (but make sure
that it does not slow down our current release preparations).
