A management agent currently cannot ask for the size of a deployment package
upfront. It might need that to calculate if this would be a good time to
update. We should add sizes of artifacts (as attributes) and make sure we also
add those to the deployment repository so we can calculate (for normal
deployment packages and fix packages) the approximate size of the resulting
deployment package.
